Terms of Service

Effective date: 30 May 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and 2HAAS Ltd(“KreatOS”, “we”, “us”). Read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, clicking “Sign up”, or using KreatOS in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

If you are using KreatOS on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to that business.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use KreatOS.

2. Description of service

KreatOS is a content creation, scheduling, and analytics platform for creators and their teams. It provides tools to compose content, schedule publications across connected social media accounts, manage multi-account workspaces, review and approve content before publishing, and analyse performance data pulled from connected platforms.

We support twelve platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Reddit, Shopify, WordPress.com, and custom blog endpoints.

The service includes a web application, REST API, real-time WebSocket notifications, and background processing infrastructure.

3. Account registration and security

To use KreatOS, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password of at least eight characters. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current account information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised account use at [email protected]

You may not share your account credentials with others. Each person who accesses the platform must have their own account. Team collaboration is provided through our team membership feature.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KreatOS to:

  • Post, schedule, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, or fraudulent
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents
  • Engage in unsolicited mass messaging (spam), phishing, or deceptive marketing practices
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to interfere with the service or other users' systems
  • Attempt to access another user's account, or probe or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorisation
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from KreatOS or connected platforms in violation of their terms
  • Use automated tools to create accounts or generate artificial engagement signals
  • Circumvent any rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures
  • Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without advance notice. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Connected platform compliance

Important:When you use KreatOS to post to a third-party platform, you must comply with that platform's own Terms of Service. KreatOS does not insulate you from those obligations.

By connecting a social account you authorise KreatOS to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. You remain solely responsible for:

  • Complying with each connected platform's Terms of Service, Developer Policies, Community Standards, and Advertising Policies
  • Ensuring that content published through KreatOS does not violate platform-specific rules (e.g. Facebook Community Standards, TikTok Community Guidelines, YouTube Terms of Service)
  • Maintaining valid OAuth permissions on each connected account; KreatOS cannot publish if you revoke permissions on the platform's side
  • Any consequences of policy violations on connected platforms, including account suspension by those platforms

Some platforms (X/Twitter Basic tier, TikTok Research API) have separate paid API access tiers. KreatOS is not responsible for any costs you incur directly with third-party platforms.

Platform-specific notes

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads): Publishing to Instagram Reels or Stories requires Instagram Creator or Business accounts. Personal accounts are not supported by the Instagram Graph API.
  • TikTok: Video uploads are limited to formats and durations permitted by the TikTok Content Posting API.
  • YouTube: Posting to YouTube via API counts against your YouTube API quota. KreatOS queues uploads to manage quota usage.
  • Shopify: KreatOS only reads product data and publishes blog posts. We do not process orders or modify store settings.

6. Your content and intellectual property

Content you create, upload, or schedule through KreatOS (“User Content”) remains yours. You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights.

By submitting User Content to KreatOS, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, cache, transmit, and display your content solely as necessary to operate the service (e.g. rendering previews, delivering content to connected platforms on your schedule). This licence terminates when you delete the content or your account.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content you upload, or have the necessary rights and licences to use it
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • You have any required permissions to publish content featuring identifiable people

KreatOS does not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for training AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering the service you requested.

7. Teams, workspaces, and permissions

KreatOS supports multi-user workspaces. The workspace owner (“Owner”) is responsible for:

  • Setting appropriate permissions for each team member (Viewer, Editor, Approver, Manager, Admin)
  • Ensuring members comply with these Terms while accessing the workspace
  • Removing access for members who leave the organisation
  • All content published from the workspace, regardless of which member created it

If a team member's account is suspended for violating these Terms, their access to all workspaces they belong to will also be suspended.

8. Subscription plans and billing

Paid plans

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle beginning on the date you upgrade. Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your region and may include applicable taxes.

Free tier

A free tier is available with limited features, social account slots, and scheduled post volume. We reserve the right to change free-tier limits with 30 days' notice.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrade requests take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. No refunds are provided for unused days in a paid period, except where required by applicable law (e.g. EU consumer rights regulations).

Payment failures

If a payment fails, we will retry on days 3 and 7. If payment is not received after three attempts, your account will be downgraded to the free tier and scheduled posts will be paused. Your data is retained for 60 days after downgrade to allow you to resubscribe.

Price changes

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price increase on your plan. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

9. API and automation fair use

KreatOS provides API access to allow developers to integrate the platform with their own tools. API access is subject to rate limits published in our API documentation. Excessive or abusive API usage that degrades service for other users may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.

Automated tools that access the KreatOS platform must identify themselves with a valid user-agent and must not exceed the published rate limits. Scraping the KreatOS web interface is prohibited.

10. Termination

By you

You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete account. Deletion is permanent. Your content and data will be purged within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your use creates legal risk or liability for KreatOS. We will attempt to provide advance notice where possible, unless immediate suspension is necessary to protect the security of the service or other users.

Effect of termination

Upon termination: your access to KreatOS ceases immediately; any pending scheduled posts will not be published; your OAuth connections are revoked; your data is purged on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by nature should survive termination (Sections 6, 9, 11, 12, 13) will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers and warranties

KreatOS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Third-party platform APIs may be unavailable, change, or impose new restrictions at any time without notice to us; we are not liable for any resulting service degradation.

We are not responsible for the content published through KreatOS by you or your team members on third-party platforms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2HAAS Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use KreatOS.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of KreatOS shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £100 (one hundred British pounds).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2HAAS Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of KreatOS in violation of these Terms
  • Content you publish through KreatOS
  • Your violation of any third-party platform's terms of service
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and allow 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the law, new features, or revised business practices. We will notify you by email and via an in-app banner at least 14 days before material changes take effect. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may close your account before the effective date.

Continued use of KreatOS after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2HAAS Ltd regarding KreatOS and supersede all prior agreements or communications. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
